Casa Medina es una casa moderna distribuida en dos plantas, a escasos 300 metros de las bonitas playas de la Cala San Vicente, cuyas cristalinas aguas de color turquesa las hacen ideales para los amantes de la natación y del buceo.
El inmueble está muy bien decorado y amueblado. Unas escaleras desde la calle nos dan acceso a la propiedad. La entrada principal está bajo una pequeña terraza cubierta, y desde ella se accede directamente a un pequeño hall que hace de distribuidor. A la izquierda del mismo se encuentran el comedor, la sala de estar y la cocina. El salón es ciertamente amplio y destaca por sus grandes ventanales, que lo dotan de una gran luminosidad y unas bellas vistas que alcanzan hasta el mar. Está totalmente amueblado con tres sofás, televisor de plasma, satélite, DVD, y aire acondicionado. El comedor es también amplio y con mucha luz. Consta de una bonita mesa de madera oscura y sillas de piel blanca. Por su parte, la cocina es moderna y cómoda. Está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, campana extractora, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera / congelador e, incluso, aire acondicionado. La cocina consta también de una salida al exterior que da directamente a la zona de la piscina y de las terrazas. La piscina también se divisa desde una de sus ventanas.
A la derecha del distribuidor se encuentran las cuatro habitaciones, así como un aseo de invitados. Dos de estas habitaciones (una doble y una de matrimonio) se encuentran en la planta baja de la vivienda. Las otras dos habitaciones también son una doble y una de matrimonio. Cada una de las cuatro habitaciones consta de baño en suite (uno de ellos con bañera, y los otros tres con ducha). Cabe destacar que todas las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados y aire acondicionado / bomba de calor, lo que convierten a Casa Medina en una elección ideal tanto para los meses más calurosos del verano, como para los más frescos de otoño y primavera.
El exterior de la casa está también muy bien diseñado, pues tiene una bonita piscina estilo romano (es decir, con una escalera de material), una ducha exterior, una terraza descubierta ideal para tomar el sol, y otra cubierta por una original pérgola, ideal para organizar cenas al aire libre. Durante la noche, destaca sin lugar a dudas el bonito juego de luces que le ofrecerán los focos situados en la zona de la piscina, gracias a los cuales la piscina y la bonita pared empedrada parecen cobrar otra dimensión y textura.
En definitiva, casa Medina es ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones familiares. Está situada justo en el centro del área residencial de la Cala San Vicente, próxima a otros edificios y muy próxima también de las playas, restaurantes y demás servicios de esta popular y bella zona.
Finalmente, cabe destacar que villa Medina dispone de conexión gratuita a Internet vía Wi-Fi, y de mesa de ping-pong.

DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH
Casa Medina is a modern villa built in two levels. It is near the sea and has a modern design. Very well located, it is only 325 metres from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, ideal for those who loves snorkelling and diving.
The villa is beautiful presented throughout, with high quality furnishings and fittings. Approached via some exterior stairs, the main door is situated under the front covered terrace that gives access to the hallway which distributes the house.
To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with beautiful furnishings, as a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to the dining room there is a bright and spacious lounge with big glass windows pannels that offers nice views with the view of the sea on the distance; the lounge has three large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite with both English and German channels. To the other side of the dining room there is a modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a top glass table and leather chairs to use during breakfast time and lots of storage space. The kitchen has also access direct to the swimming pool area and terraces, as well as air conditioning.
To the right of the hallway there is access to the sleeping area. On this side, there is also a guests cloak bathroom for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level. The bedrooms comprises of two twins and two double (one twin and one double in the lower floor of the house, and also one twin and a one double in the upper floor of the house). All the bedrooms have new linen and are painted in different colours. They all have their own en suite modern bathrooms (one of them has a full bath, whilst the rest have shower units). All the rooms in the house have air-conditioning / heating units, so that you can enjoy your stay during the summer as well as during the early spring / autumn holidays. The outside of the house is also well designed with a great pool and a pool side shower, a sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds and another terrace under a pergola which has exterior furniture. The elegant mosaic swimming pool with crystal clear water is a bonus, it has roman steps and it is surrounded by a cobbled stone terrace, very beautiful lit at night.
This villa is great for a family holiday. It is right in the heart of the residential area of Cala San Vicente, close to some other buildings and also really close to the beaches and different amenities of the area, which is a quiet and relaxing resort in a beautiful setting.
Finally, we have to point out that villa Medina offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). The property also has ping-pong table.
